PEOPLE this isn't the company, they aren't going to answer your question. Go type in youtube "installing the superpole". You will see it has a lock nut at the bottom, you have to lower/unscrew that lock nut to adjust the height. There is a hole at the bottom, put a screw driver through it and turn COUNTER clock wise looking down to lower your pole.

Some value, but very hard to figure out because the verbal commentary is way off with video. Eg. you seem to be applying white grease to the "motor/screw drive" while the door is not moving up or down. You talk about applying lube to the rollers, at the same time the picture shows you applying lube in between the springs. Very confusing.

Should the drain tube have a curl in it that keeps water in it & goes into a plastic tube that is connected to to the drain tube from the furnace, that goes into the floor drain. Or should the tu e from the humidifier go straight down. The fellow hooked our drain tube up with a big curl in it, that always has water in the bottom of the curl.... it floods a bit from my floor drain, for the furnace when it starts up...

We bought a new construction home on four acres 18 months ago in a rural area. The guy next door sold to a new couple from the city about 8 months after us. The property corners were marked for our sale and the adjacent neighbor's sale and they were in the same spots. The stakes are gone now except for one. Now the new neighbors are coming onto my property where we have a wooded stream bed and pasture that I'm sure they don't like because it is wild and overgrown. We aren't sure of their intentions. Are they just exploring or are they planning on doing work to clear trees and vegetation? My wife and I are debating having a new survey done just to show the lines for the new neighbors in the event they are clueless (not likely) and also to give me confidence going over there as I cant really say exactly where exactly the boundary line is. I am worried about losing this area by acquiescence. I wish there was a way to mark a property line permanently (we cant do a fence due to wanting to avoid clearing trees) as I am sure any stakes put in by a surveyor will be pulled up again.

Buy the rubber indoor weather stripping. Stuff it in the deep cracks. Then put the polyurethane cement filler on top. Smooth out. That has worked well for me.
